Our audit showed that all products were grouped together inside a single Performance Max campaign, with no commercially driven CPA targets.
We restructured the account to prioritise profitability and control:
Segmented product categories into individual asset groups.
Grouped higher-margin products together to guide spend more effectively.
Moved key core products into their own Smart Shopping campaigns for tighter budget and CPA control.
Split sale and non-sale products into separate feeds to protect ROAS on heavily discounted items.
This created a more commercially intelligent structure that allowed scale without sacrificing efficiency.
Meta creative relied heavily on glossy, high-production videos that weren’t driving scalable acquisition.
We shifted the strategy toward authentic, creator-led content while maintaining a premium aesthetic:
Replaced high-production ads with premium-feeling UGC.
Partnered with creators who could speak to specific audience niches.
Built creatives around product-specific use cases and narratives.
Over time, the best-performing ads were highly targeted, niche-focused creatives tied to specific products and customer needs.
