CHALLENGE

Chinti & Parker had a strong brand presence, and their brand search campaigns were delivering exceptional ROI.

But when it came to scaling new customer acquisition across Google and Meta, performance stalled.

Increasing spend didn’t translate into proportional revenue growth, making it difficult to scale profitably.

The timing added pressure. We were brought in during October 2023—just weeks before the most important trading period of the year: Black Friday and Christmas.

We needed a new approach to both Google + Meta that could scale new customer acquisition + creative performance - and quickly.

SOLUTION

SMARTER PRODUCT SEGMENTATION ON GOOGLE

Our audit showed that all products were grouped together inside a single Performance Max campaign, with no commercially driven CPA targets.

We restructured the account to prioritise profitability and control:

  • Segmented product categories into individual asset groups.

  • Grouped higher-margin products together to guide spend more effectively.

  • Moved key core products into their own Smart Shopping campaigns for tighter budget and CPA control.

  • Split sale and non-sale products into separate feeds to protect ROAS on heavily discounted items.

This created a more commercially intelligent structure that allowed scale without sacrificing efficiency.

AUTHENIC, PREMIUM UGC CONTENT - AT SCALE - ON META

Meta creative relied heavily on glossy, high-production videos that weren’t driving scalable acquisition.

We shifted the strategy toward authentic, creator-led content while maintaining a premium aesthetic:

  • Replaced high-production ads with premium-feeling UGC.

  • Partnered with creators who could speak to specific audience niches.

  • Built creatives around product-specific use cases and narratives.

Over time, the best-performing ads were highly targeted, niche-focused creatives tied to specific products and customer needs.
